Teresa Reilly officially announced her candidacy for Delegate in Harford and Cecil Counties District 35B on September 3, 2013.

There was an announcement party at Dove’s Valley Vineyards in Rising Sun(Cecil County) and Entoria’s in Forest Hill(Harford County). Senator Barry Glassman introduced Teresa at Entoria’s to about 100 supporters. In attendance were Ellen Sauerbrey and several local and state elected officials.

Teresa has worked for Delegate Wayne Norman for 7 years as his Chief of Staff in Annapolis.

Teresa has filed for the open seat to continue the legacy Wayne Norman is known for in Annapolis, Harford/Cecil Counties and around the State of Maryland.

Teresa is married to Clerk of the Court James Reilly for 36 years; they have a daughter Tiffany, son-in-law Michael and our adorable grandson Mason. Teresa is known for her hard work in Annapolis and other volunteer positions. She is approachable, listens to people and values their opinions. She believes in doing the right thing to get the job done correctly.

She is a former business owner and devoted her life to championing conservative values and responsible government. Passionate about Maryland, Teresa wants to protect farmers and support small business.”My candidacy and the policies I will endorse are a reflection of my respect for working people and our rights guaranteed by the constitution. As your delegate, I will facilitate greater responsiveness, citizen inclusion, transparency and fiscal responsibility in fulfilling the duties of the office”.
