Please note the deadline for submission for consideration for 2024-2025 is April 15, 2024.

Please Note

You may use this scholarship at an out-of-state school if your major is not available at any Maryland institution.

In order to verify your major as unique, you must complete the 2024-2025 Unique Major Application and submit it to MHEC for approval.

The application can be found on the MHEC website https://mhec.maryland.gov.

The approval you receive from MHEC can be forwarded separately.

Please do not wait for final approval before submitting your delegation scholarship application. You will still need to submit your scholarship application with the other required documentation by the April 15 deadline.
