As an elected member of the Republican Central Committee for Harford County for the past 11 years, I’ve been a leader in voter registration efforts and was instrumental in making Harford County the largest jurisdiction in Maryland where registered Republicans outnumber Democrats.

I have devoted my life to championing conservative values and responsible government. For the past seven years I have worked in Annapolis as Chief of Staff for a fellow conservative.

I have loved the opportunity to serve and interact with the people of Harford County.

Unfortunately, I’ve also witnessed firsthand the failed policies coming out of Annapolis: Taxes are too high, regulation is out of control, and our liberties are being infringed upon rather than protected.

I want to fight for the family, the farmer, and small business.

I believe in YOU – the ‘citizens’ of Maryland.

You are the job creators.

You are the community builders.

You are the people who can turn our state around.

Jim, Mason, and Teresa
Jim, Mason, Mike and Tiffany

In 1961, at the age of four, Teresa’s parents made a huge decision to invest in the State of Maryland and become small business owners.

Today her family no longer owns the business; however, it is still in operation as a successful restaurant.

Teresa understood from an early age the daily pressures that a small business owner faces in order to support their family and the responsibility that they feel for their employees and their families.

Throughout her entire childhood and into her adult years she learned very quickly the definition of sacrifice and hard work. Through life’s circumstances Teresa, like so many of you, was forced to face many difficult challenges that have made her a strong person today.

Married to James Reilly for 37 years, they have one married daughter: Tiffany & Michael and one adorable grandson, Mason.

Most of Teresa’s career has been in financial, banking, and small business owner/operator.

Teresa’s greatest satisfaction has always come from helping others.

Her service in community outreach and church ministries have been far reaching: team youth group leader, Sunday school teacher, music director, precept upon precept study leader, treasurer, and bible institute instructor.

She has been very involved with preparing meals and supplying holiday toys for those less fortunate than most.

Teresa has dedicated her life to family, faith, community, and hard work.

She has the right mix of principles, knowledge, values, and experience to represent you and your family as Your Delegate and to get things done in the General Assembly.
